Export
Export renders an offline mix of audible clips through each track’s effects chain and saves a WAV or MP3 file.
Open the export dialog
From the editor settings menu, choose Export song. Pick a format, then export. Vamp analyzes the timeline and prepares a mixdown.
Formats
- WAV (uncompressed) — full-quality PCM, larger files; best for further production.
- MP3 (192 kbps) — compressed stereo; smaller files for sharing and listening.
What gets exported
The render includes unmuted clips on audible tracks, respecting mute, solo, and group routing. Track and group effects are applied. Pulse tracks and metronome clicks are not included in the mix.
Browser download
In the web app, Vamp downloads the file through the browser when rendering completes.
Desktop save dialog
In the desktop app, Vamp opens a native save dialog so you choose where the file lands on disk.
